L’Istituto Bayan annuncia l’avvio del programma intensivo nell’ambito del diploma di sviluppo professionale per i docenti
Lunedì 21 agosto 2023, l’Istituto Italiano per gli Studi Islamici e Umanistici (Bayan) ha annunciato il lancio del programma intensivo nell’ambito del diploma di sviluppo professionale per i docent.
Il programma, della durata di due giorni, poggia su due aspetti metodologici: il primo si concentra sull’efficacia dell’insegnamento misurata sui risultati dell’apprendimento, mentre il secondo si occupa della misurazione oggettiva dei risultati dell’apprendimento del corso.
Il programma mira a fornire ai docenti nuove competenze nello stile e nei metodi di insegnamento per garantirne una costante efficacia, anche tramite un adeguato ricorso alle tecnologie più moderne, permettendo altresì la gestione delle classi e delle attività di gruppo in linea con gli elevati standard prefissati dall’Istituto.
Il programma affronta anche i meccanismi di comunicazione educativa efficace, i risultati dell’apprendimento, i metodi per valutare tali risultati e misurarli scientificamente, gli strumenti per la valutazione alternativa e altre abilità e conoscenze relative allo sviluppo dei risultati dell’apprendimento.
