معهد “بيان” يطلق البرنامج الصيفي التأهيلي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس
أطلق المعهد الإيطالي للدراسات الإسلامية والإنسانية “بيان” أعمال البرنامج الصيفي التأهيلي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وذلك بناءً على استمارة كفاءة عضو هيئة التدريس التي تم تعبئتها من قبل الأعضاء، والتي ساعدت في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية المطلوبة.
يتألف البرنامج من ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية، الأول جرى تنفيذه، الثلاثاء 30 من يوليو 2024م، حيث تم تناول ما يتعلق بملف المقرر الدراسي، مكوناته، كيفية إعداده، مراجعته، وتحكيمه.
كما تم عرض نماذج من ملفات المقررات بالتعاون مع عضوة لجنة الخبراء الدكتورة سامية دومي. واختتم هذا المجال بورشة عمل شارك فيها أعضاء هيئة التدريس لإعداد ملفات مقررات درسوها خلال الفصل الماضي.
أما المجال الثاني فيناقش ملف البحث العلمي ومشاريع التخريج ويركز على تطوير قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في البحث العلمي وإعداد مشاريع التخرج، بما يتناسب مع المعايير الأكاديمية العالية التي يطمح المعهد لتحقيقها.
كما يأتي المحتوى العلمي للمقرر في المرتبة الثالثة ضمن البرنامج، ويُعنى هذا المجال بمراجعة وتطوير المحتوى العلمي للمقررات الدراسية لضمان مواكبتها لأحدث المعارف والاتجاهات في مجال الدراسات الإسلامية والإنسانية.
ويهدف المعهد إلى استكمال الملفات الأكاديمية لجميع المقررات خلال العام الدراسي الجديد، في إطار استعداداته لدخول العام الثالث من مسيرته الأكاديمية.
كما تم خلال هذا البرنامج مناقشة بعض القضايا الأساسية المتعلقة بعقود أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتقويم الأداء السنوي للمعهد ومراجعة حملة التسجيل للعام الأكاديمي الجديد 2024-2025.
أعرب المشاركون من الأساتذة عن تقديرهم للجهود المبذولة في البرنامج، مشيدين بالمحتوى الأكاديمي الغني والتطبيقات العملية التي ساهمت في تعزيز خبراتهم الأكاديمية والمهنية.
