إعداد وتأهيل مخرجات رائدة تتمثل سلوكيات الإسلام الحضارية، وخدمة مجتمعها في مجال التربية والتعليم تمتلك الكفاءة العلمية والمهنية من خلال موارد أكاديمية ومادية متميزة وشراكة مجتمعية داعمة لتلبية حاجات مجتمعها وضمان الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي محلياً وأوروبياً.
الأهداف:
1- تزويد الدارسين بالمعلومات والمهارات والقيم الإسلامية اللازمة لتمكينهم من تقديم الإسلام بصورته الحضارية الوسطية.
2- تزويد الدارسين بالمعارف والمفاهيم والاتجاهات اللازمة لإعداد وتأهيل المعلم التربوي في العلوم الإسلامية والعربية، وتنمية المبادئ والقيم الإسلامية والأخلاق المهنية التي تجعلهم قادرين على التدريس الفعال في مجال تخصصهم.
3- تنمية المهارات العلمية والمهنية التي يحتاج لها الدارسون في البرنامج.
4- تدريب الدارسين على مهارات البحوث الميدانية والإجرائية التخصصية الهادفة إلى حل المشكلات التربوية والتعليمية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي.
5- تطبيق معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي في مدخلات وعمليات ومخرجات برنامج المعلم التربوي للوصول إلى التميز.
6- تبادل الخبرات والتجارب مع البرامج المماثلة على المستوى الإيطالي والأوروبي.
7- بناء شراكة مجتمعية وتمتين قيم التعايش المشترك والتواصل الحضاري على المستوى الإيطالي والأوروبي.
مواصفات الخريج، أن يكون:

ملماً بأساسيات العلوم الإسلامية والعربية التي تشكل شخصية المعلم التربوي المتوازنة لتمكينه من إبراز وسطية الإسلام ومحاسنه في مجتمعه، قولاً وعملاً وسلوكاً.

ممارساً لمهارات التدريس وإدارة الصف واستخدام مصادر التعليم والتعلم وإنتاجها؛ بما يتناسب مع المواقف التعليمية المختلفة وفقا للاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة.
-
مطبقاً لمهارات التفكير العليا والبحث العلمي التي تمكنه من تطبيق المبادئ التربوية والنفسية المتعلقة بنمو الطفل وحاجاته، وحل مشكلاته.
-
منتجا ومطبقا للمعارف والأفكار الإبداعية في مجال التعليم والتعلم وطرائق التدريس وتقنياته، وأساليب تقويمه؛ من خلال استقراء وتحليل الاتجاهات التربوية المناسبة.

ممارسا عمليات الربط التكاملي والتتابعي بين المقررات الدراسية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي لتحقيق أهدافها.

مستخدما أساليب وأدوات القياس والتقويم بأنواعها المتعددة، والاستفادة من نتائجها في تطوير عمليتي التعليم والتعلم لتلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي.

متقنا لمهارات التواصل الشخصي والمؤسسي والمجتمعي شفهياً وخطياً وإلكترونياً.

متمثلا أخلاقيات المهنة والالتزام بالقيم الإسلامية في الحياة العملية الخاصة والعامة.

مقِيماً لعلاقاتٍ إنسانية تعاونية في بيئات التعليم والتعلم مع التلاميذ وأولياء أمورهم وقيادات التربية والتعليم.
